Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • New Zealand Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days.

  • New Zealand Rural Shipping: 2–7 business days.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


International Shipping

We currently only ship within New Zealand. For international enquiries, please contact us directly for availability and shipping quotes.


Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or peak holiday periods.

  • Logical Products is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier.


Tracking

  • All orders include tracking where available.

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you after dispatch.


Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

  • We cannot refund or replace items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@logicalproducts.co.nz within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
